Cleanroom Garments
Our Products
Our cleanroom garments are made of fabrics with different technical properties. In addition to cleanroom relevant properties such as filtration efficiency and abrasion resistance, wearing comfort and thus employee acceptance are very important to us. In the production of our garments, we attach particular importance to the quality of workmanship.
We attach great importance to passing on our expert knowledge of cleanroom garments so that our customers can control their processes in the best possible way.
Lab coats
The cleanroom lab coat is used wherever a cleanroom overall would be oversized for the particle retention requirements.
Jackets
Cleanroom jackets in combination with cleanroom trousers represent an adaptable combination that is situated between the use of overalls and lab coats.
Overalls
Overalls are the all-rounders in the cleanroom. Due to their large surface area they mainly prevent the entry of particles and germs into the cleanroom.
Hoods
Hood and face mask effectively minimise the emission of particles and germs around the critical head area.

Footwear
The use of cleanroom boots and shoes completes the protection of products and processes in the leg and foot area.

Manufacturing Quality and design
For our cleanroom garments, we mostly use the piped seam (with edging tape) as a closing seam. This means that the two fabric edges are edged with a polyester tape and joined by an additional seam. This reduces the risk of a seam opening unnoticed and particles escaping uncontrolled to a minimum.
